Whether or not my students pursue a career in music performance, composition, or education, my goal is that they will carry a deep appreciation for music for the rest of their lives. Simply put, my role in music education is to allow students to enjoy music as well as to inspire. 

My aim is to provide an environment in which music is readily accessible, entertaining, and in an encouraging manner, challenging. I want to create a way for students to always feel welcome and intrinsically motivated to come back. An education in music should not feel pressured, yet I would want my students to push themselves to be the best that they can become.
